🔄 Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Tags and labels must be intact.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items with perfume, stains, or wear

  • Items without original packaging or tags

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return is rejected due to damage or wear, the item will be shipped back to you.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for size issues (if the product is unused).
Subject to stock availability.

🚫 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
